Now we will prepare this for dosa, we are "Dosa Family".  Really that Chapathi and Poori this Potato Masala will be good with idly and dosa only. You just give a try...

Potato Masala is easy to cook and tasty to eat. Its specialty is it will get adapted with all dishes easily.

Potato Masal recipe Ingredients:

1. Wash the potato well (3-4 times), cut into halves, add water and pressure cook it for 6 whistle. Once the whistle came allow it to cool naturally.

4. Transfer this tempering into the mashed potato and mix well. After mixing let it be in flame for 5 - 7 min approximately. Once it starts boils turn off the flame.

Your Potato Masala is ready to serve.

Serve hot as side dish and enjoy the taste of Potato Masala.

As i told already, I would like to have it with dosa. So i prepared little little dosa for me and ate well.

Notes:
Don't wash the potatoes in running or clod water, because it will become saggy and taste's low. Allow it to cool naturally once it cools down soon drain the water and peel it when it comes to room temperature.
Whistle count is purely depends upon your cooker. Tips: I used to off flame when ever no water  drains out from the cooker when the whistle comes.
If you adding red chilies, you can fry along with onion's. You can also use both red and green chilies.
According to your spice level you can adjust with chilly no's.
