Few days before it became so much tough to make my little thambu eat egg. In what ever form we egg give he wont eat. By that time my mind hits with this idea "Egg Pepper Cake" my thambu is huge fan of hot and spicy dish so i decided to add Pepper and make it spicy for him.He liked it and now it was bit easier to feed egg to him.He is just a 2 years kid so I did with 2 egg's according to your need you can increase the number of egg's. He is our fav thambu he had this Egg Pepper Cake well so I am happy with the recipe and so I am happily sharing it for you all.

Chicken Gravy
Chicken Gravy recipe I have learnt from my sister, she have not entered kitchen still her marriage but now within 5 years she learned many recipes. She used to clear my doubts in some of the dishes. My dad will say Chicken Gravy prepared by her has a special taste. So I followed the same steps of her to this Chicken Gravy and my dad told it the same copy of her.. :-)

Pepper Chicken
Before and all Pepper Chicken is available only in restaurant, but now a days Pepper Chicken is been cooked in home. Some will follow the same restaurant style of steps. Pepper Chicken can be made dry or in gravy style, same steps is followed for both only difference is in the quantity of water quantity we add.Pepper Chicken dry will tastes good with Biriyani and gravy goes well with Egg Rice, Jeera Rice, Coconut Milk Rice or with Plain Rice. Tomato Chutney
Tomato Chutney is very easy to prepare. Tomato Chutney will take only 15 min to cook and no much ingredients required. Poondu Kolambu
This Poondu Kolambu is my mom's signature recipe. She learnt cooking only after I turned five.Still that my patti and attai used to help her, but now she turned as a Professional Cook thought she is working she will try more recipes of her own. In that list Poondu Kolambu comes first. When ever she cook's Poondu Kolambu its like a day started with the blessings.I personally like Poondu Kolambu to eat along with curd rice and ghee rice.
